Preferred housing scenario between Roseville and Gordon

About

Council is seeking feedback on a preferred scenario for Transport Oriented Development (TOD) around Roseville, Lindfield, Killara and Gordon stations.

The development of the preferred scenario follows the exhibition of five scenarios between November and December 2024.

The preferred scenario will deliver new housing and other planning outcomes in the four railway station precincts of Gordon, Killara, Roseville and Lindfield.

Feedback is sought before 5pm on Tuesday 22 April 2025.
