Wattle Walk

Come along to the Wildflower Garden to see our beautiful Wattles in bloom. From small prickly shrubs to tall trees. Join our Nursery Officer for a guided walk and learn how to identify these and get your native plant questions answered.

Must be able to walk for up to 1.5hrs, moderate fitness level. Please wear comfortable walking shoes.

Recommended - sun protection, long sleeved shirt and pants, insect repellent, water and snacks.

Ages 16 +.

The Ku-ring-gai Wildflower Garden is one of Sydney's best kept secrets, set across 123 hectares of unique urban bushland and home to two endangered ecological communities as well as 18 threatened species of flora and fauna. The Wildflower Garden is open to the public all year round and has a range of hikes, step-free walking tracks, picnic areas and heritage venue hire as well as a diverse calendar of environmental education programs.
