Walking meditation is a dynamic mindfulness practice that quietens busy minds. Taking mindful steps, in nature under the care of a trained facilitator, you will experience the therapeutic benefits of calming your nervous system and reconnecting with yourself.

This practice is perfect for people who struggle with seated practice, as it involves movement, breath and walking, in the open space of natural settings. Each month we meet at a different location within the Ku-ring-gai area. 

Suitable for families where children are able to walk in silence. No dogs.

Bookings are essential. Meeting place is confirmed at time of booking.
