Active Ku-ring-gai presents our 10-week intermediate Tai Chi Program, designed for those with prior experience who are eager to explore the deeper dimensions of this ancient Chinese martial art. This program offers an opportunity to refine your techniques, deepen your understanding and enhance your practice.

Program highlights:

- Build on the foundational movements and principles of Tai Chi. Focus on refining your technique, increasing precision and mastering the subtleties of advanced sequences.

- Work on integrating your movements with breath and intention to achieve a higher level of fluidity and balance. Explore the nuances of alignment and posture to optimise your practice.

Our dedicated instructor, Elena, brings a passionate approach to teaching Tai Chi. She emphasizes not only mastering the movements but also connecting with the flow of nature, qi and the universe.
