Marie will continue to provide gentle exercise to gain and maintain your fitness and help to preserve your balance, so that you can continue to enjoy your usual activities. After the class, be rewarded with tea, biscuits and a social chat with other class members.

Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Community Transport can provide transport to pick you up from home and bring you to the class and back each week. You will need to register with My Aged Care to receive this service. An additional fee will apply, payable directly to Community Transport.
