Project management for aged care and community services

This online workshop is to provide tailored training for the aged care and wider community services sector in project and event management that will enhance their ability to work strategically and collaboratively and become well-resourced to meet the needs of our changing population.

To equip project managers, staff with project management and negotiations skills, the two-hour workshop will cover:

• Navigating grants, funding and collaborations - alignment, strategy and information.
• Strategic approaches to project management and funding.
• Gathering data and creating value.
• Drafting a project plan to support sustainable funding partnerships where missions and goals align.
