Possum Drey Workshop for Threatened Species Day

We will learn about the vital role possums play in maintaining the ecological balance of our environment and how creating nest boxes can contribute to their conservation. Led by an experienced ranger, this workshop will then guide you step-by-step in creating cosy artificial nests, specially designed to provide safe shelter for possums and their families. Once completed, you can choose to take your nest box home to put up in your garden, or donate it to the Wildflower Garden to support our local possum population.

Bring along your family and loved ones for a heart-warming bonding experience. Create cherished memories as you work together, handcrafting these essential homes for our furry neighbours. Our Wildflower Garden, nestled in the midst of breathtaking bushland, provides the perfect backdrop for a memorable day spent connecting with family, nature and wildlife.

Don't miss this opportunity to show your love for nature as we come together to make a difference in the lives of our precious possums.

Please join us for this Special Eco-friendly Workshop at Ku-ring-gai Wildflower Garden!
