Children's Fauna and Bushfoods Experience

Join us during NAIDOC Week as we celebrate Indigenous culture and heritage through a ranger-led walk and fauna experience. Delve into the rich tapestry of traditional knowledge as we explore indigenous bush foods. Designed with children in mind, this immersive experience offers a unique opportunity for young minds to connect with nature and learn about the amazing adaptability of Australia's First Nations people. All children must be accompanied by a guardian.

The Ku-ring-gai Wildflower Garden is one of Sydney's best kept secrets, set across 123 hectares of unique urban bushland and home to two endangered ecological communities as well as 18 threatened species of flora and fauna. The Wildflower Garden is open to the public all year round and has a range of hikes, step-free walking tracks, picnic areas and heritage venue hire as well as a diverse calendar of environmental education programs.
