Fauna and Bushfoods Experience
Come along to the Wildflower Garden to meet some local fauna and connect with nature while enjoying a native morning tea. The Wildflower Garden is home to many edible and palatable plant species. We will find and sample some of them, as well as some natively inspired jams.
 
This event is for over 55's.
 
As this is a free event, we are unable to meet dietary requirements however you are welcome to bring a scone alternative with you.
 
Ku-ring-gai Wildflower Garden offers excursions and incursions for private groups such as live in facilities, probus groups and other community organisations.
The Ku-ring-gai Wildflower Garden is one of Sydney's best kept secrets, set across 123 hectares of unique urban bushland and home to two endangered ecological communities as well as 18 threatened species of flora and fauna. The Wildflower Garden is open to the public all year round and has a range of hikes, step-free walking tracks, picnic areas and heritage venue hire as well as a diverse calendar of environmental education programs.
