Event description

This free two-and-a-half-hour event provides a space for you to relax and reconnect with your true nature. The program is as follows:

• 10am to 10.30am - Keynote: How to build your confidence so you can speak your truth - Presenter: The Giftspotter
• 10.30am to 11.15am - Activity: Listen to the messages from nature - Presenter: Hayley Bilski
• 11.15am to 11.30am - Morning tea
• 11.30am to 12.15pm - Activity: Zen session with essential oils - Presenter: Kerry Hall
• 12.15pm to 12.30pm - Closing activity
