Clay Hand Building and Wheel Throwing

A new beginner’s class combining throwing and hand building techniques where you will learn to construct a pot using ancient cooking pots as inspiration. This class will step you through how to ‘throw’ a base for your pot using the potter’s wheel and then hand build the rest. Your finished piece will be fired in the kiln at the end of the term. 

Level: 1 Beginners

Clay can be purchased from the tutor at your class.
