Discover the art of mindful noticing in our Botanical Painting & Drawing class!

This course invites artists of all levels to engage deeply with the beauty of plant life through a slow, intentional approach. You’ll learn to observe and appreciate the intricate details of flowers, leaves and stems, fostering a deeper connection to nature as you translate your observations onto paper.
Through guided exercises, you’ll practice techniques in sketching, colour mixing and layering, all while cultivating a mindful perspective.

By focusing on the nuances of light, shadow and texture, you’ll enhance your ability to capture the essence of each botanical subject. With the support of experienced instructors, you’ll create a serene space for creativity and reflection, encouraging you to develop your own unique style while celebrating the beauty of the natural world around you.
