Terms and conditions tennis court hire

Casual hire

• Casual Booking means a one-time only booking for the hire of the Tennis Court(s) and any included Facilities.
• All tennis court bookings are available for a minimum one hour period, increasing by half hour increments.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• In the case of wet weather preventing play, hirers are entitled to a credit, providing Council is notified within 48 hours of the washed out booking date. Requests will be reviewed following an email to: recreationbookings@krg.nsw.gov.au. These must include your booking ID or the date, time, and facility that you booked.
• Credits may be used during standard hours of play, providing courts and times are available for re booking.
• In the event play is interrupted for other reasons, the hirer must provide documented evidence the designated courts were unusable to claim a credit.
• The hirer is responsible for assessing the facility and playing conditions prior to the booking.

• Full cancellations or alterations to court hire times will be accepted 24 hours prior to the date of hire.

• Use of tennis courts outside of booked times is not permitted.

• Failure to comply with the above conditions will result in additional court charges.
• Tennis court charges are non-refundable. 

Permanent hire

• Permanent Booking means a booking of the Tennis Court(s) for hire for a Tennis Court for 10 weeks or more in a calendar year.
• Bookings will not automatically be continued at the end of the year, hirers are responsible to request bookings to be renewed each calendar year.
• Bookings are available in timeslots commencing with one hour blocks, increasing by half hour increments.
• In the case of wet weather preventing play, hirers are entitled to a credit, providing Council is notified within 48 hours of the washed out booking date. Requests will be reviewed following an email to: recreationbookings@krg.nsw.gov.au. These must include your booking ID or the date, time, and facility that you booked.

• As a courtesy to the next hirer, please vacate courts when your booking time ends.
