Hirer is responsible for:
- Keeping contact details of all attendees (name and mobile number or email address) for at least 28 days. This list must be digitised within 24 hours and QR codes are available at each location.
- Managing physical distancing (1.5 m between each person).
- Encouraging people to maintain hygiene and wash hands before and after the event.
- Ensuring anyone with COVID-19 symptoms does not attend: fever (37.5 degrees or higher), cough, sore or scratchy throat, shortness of breath, runny nose and/or loss of taste or smell.
QR code check-in signage is available at each venue.
