Survey competition terms and conditions

  1. The competition is open to everyone except for Council staff, Art Centre tutors and their family members.
  2. Entrants must be 18 years or older to enter the competition.
  3. The winner will be drawn randomly on Wednesday 4 December 2024. 
  4. Competition starts on Monday 7 October and closes at 5pm on Friday 29 November.
  5. Entrants must be 18 years or older to enter the competition.
  6. Total prize pool value is AUD$840. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless stipulated otherwise. 
  7. The prize of the term of classes must be claimed before 31 December 2025.  
  8. By submitting an entry into the Competition, you agree to Council collecting your personal information for the purposes of assessing your Competition entry. The collection of your personal information is in accordance with Council’s Privacy Policy and the use of your personal information is in accordance with those policies.
  9. You can submit a maximum of one entry to the Competition. If multiple entries are received by Council, only the first entry received will be eligible for consideration.
  10. By entering the competition, entrants are hereby agreeing to and complying with above terms and conditions.
