• An inclusive children’s play space suited to a wide range of ages and abilities.
• A new skatepark for scooter, skate and bike riders, with contemporary and challenging bowl and plaza areas.
• An adaptable performance space with a stage and viewing lawn for community events.
• Shaded rest areas and sunny terraces overlooking play and skate areas.
• Accessible picnic facilities for children’s parties and family gatherings.
• Wide pathways with accessible links between precinct areas.
• New shelters, seats, bins and bubblers.
• New pathway lighting, sports lights and CCTV.
• Retention of existing shade trees where possible.
• Additional shade tree planting and landscaping.
• An upgraded amenities block with accessible public toilets.
• A new youth centre and upgraded community hall facilities.
• More accessible public parking.
