Irish Town Grove playground

The Irish Town Grove playground upgrade took 4 months to construct and was completed in December 2019.

Suggestions and ideas from the community were incorporated into the design of the playground.

The result is an attractive and engaging place to meet, play, relax and exercise for the local community.

Features

  • Playground catering for a range of age groups and abilities.
  • Open areas of lawn for relaxing and sitting.
  • Several seats, a shelter and picnic table.
  • Drinking fountain.
  • Accessible pathways to link the park’s different areas.
  • Rubber soft fall.
  • Path/scooter track through the reserve.
