Ku-ring-gai Local Environmental Plan 2015
Ku-ring-gai LEP 2015 outlines development standards for Ku-ring-gai.
The LEP came into effect on 2 April 2015 and was prepared in accordance with the NSW Government’s Standard Instrument LEP. In June 2021, the Ku-ring-gai Local Environmental Plan (Local Centres) 2012 and the Ku-ring-gai Planning Scheme Ordinance were consolidated into the Ku-ring-gai Local Environmental Plan 2015. The Ku-ring-gai Local Environmental Plan 2015 is now the single LEP applying to the whole of Ku-ring-gai.
The Ku-ring-gai Development Control Plan complements this LEP.
