Development related submissions
You can make a submission about a development related application using one of the following methods:

If providing a submission for a development application via email, please send it to dasubmissions@krg.nsw.gov.au.
Post
You can post your submission to Locked Bag 1006, Gordon NSW 2072.
In person
You can drop off your submission to our Customer Service, Level 4, 818 Pacific Highway, Gordon.
Submission requirements
- A written submission must state the reasons for objection to, or support for, a development application.
- All written submissions must be addressed to the Assessing Officer and sent no later than the closing date of the notification period.
- The name and address of the person making the written submission must be clearly marked on the submission.
- If the written submission is a petition, the petition must clearly state the name of the head petitioner and their contact details.
- The development application number and address are to be clearly marked on the submission.
- Any submissions sent directly to the Councillors or the General Manager will not be considered.
We will take all submissions into consideration when assessing the application but cannot give a detailed response to each one made.
Please note: Submissions will not remain confidential as they are included in assessment reports and Council is obliged to comply with legislation under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009.
