Between November and December 2024 Ku-ring-gai Council publicly exhibited five options to support new housing within 400m of Roseville, Lindfield, Killara and Gordon stations, including the NSW Government’s TOD policy.
On 31 March 2025, Council held an Extraordinary Council Meeting to consider this feedback and the release of a preferred scenario. At this meeting the Council voted unanimously to place the preferred scenario on public exhibition between 2 and 22 April 2025.
Have your say
The preferred scenario will deliver new housing and other planning outcomes in the four railway station precincts of Gordon, Killara, Roseville and Lindfield. It has been developed in response to extensive community consultation that took place in November and December 2024 and various technical studies.
Council's Have Your Say website contains detailed information about the preferred scenario and how to give feedback. Please read the information and then share your views with us using the online survey.
Printed copies of the survey are available at the Council’s customer service centre on Level 4, 818 Pacific Highway Gordon.
Community consultation on the preferred scenario will be between 2 April and 22 April 2025, a period of 21 days. This condensed consultation timeframe is necessary to comply with NSW Government deadlines.
Feedback is sought before 5pm on Tuesday 22 April 2025.
