Community feedback report

Council commissions independent community research to examine the community’s priorities, attitudes and perceptions towards Council’s services and facilities.

This research has included up to 48 services and facilities.

The key objectives of the research are to:

  • assess and establish the community’s priorities and satisfaction in relation to Council activities, services and facilities;
  • identify the community’s overall level of satisfaction with Council’s performance;
  • identify top priority areas for Council to focus on; and
  • compare the research findings with previous years.

The results of the research are reviewed and inform decisions on future service priorities and delivery, community facilities and the preparation of new short, medium and long term plans by Council.
