Delivery Program and Operational Plan

The Delivery Program is a four-year program that defines the outcomes that will be achieved during Council’s term to progress the long term objectives of the Community Strategic Plan. This includes statements of term achievements and an indicative capital works program.

Reports on progress of the Delivery Program, including achievements and challenges, are presented bi-annually to Council and the community and through the Annual Report.

Council’s current Delivery Program 2022-2026 and Operational Plan 2024-2025 was adopted in June 2024.
