Big-name cover bands celebrating one hit wonders and the music of Queen will be entertaining hundreds of Ku-ring-gai community members at this year’s Spring Twilight Concert in the Park.

This year’s free and family-friendly concert is being held at Wahroonga Park on Saturday 19 October, between 5-8pm.

The concert will kick off at 5pm with the One Hit Wonders, Sydney's ultimate party band playing unforgettable songs by forgotten artists.

This will be followed by the main act Killer Queen rolling out Queen’s greatest hits including Bohemian Rhapsody, We Will Rock You, We Are the Champions, Somebody to Love, Radio Ga Ga, Another One Bites the Dust and select album tracks for the hardcore fans.

Attendees can either picnic in the park or buy dinner and support the food stalls at the event.

Seating the park will be divided into two areas with picnic rugs and low back chairs permitted in the front and high back chairs towards the rear. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early to secure a good location.

Public transport to the concert is recommended as there is limited parking near the venue. Wahroonga train station is a two-minute walk from the park.

No registration is required.
