Extraordinary meeting on Roseville to Gordon planning

An Extraordinary Council Meeting, being held on Monday 31 March, will focus on planning for additional housing between Roseville to Gordon stations.
Meeting topic
The meeting will discuss the preferred Transport Oriented Development (TOD) scenario for housing growth around Roseville, Lindfield, Killara and Gordon stations.
It is proposed that the community will have the opportunity to comment on the preferred scenario during an exhibition period.

On Tuesday 25 March, Council published the agenda, staff report and attachments in relation to the meeting.
Public Forum
The meeting’s Public Forum will commence at 5pm on 31 March.
Community members can either:
- Register to speak at the Public Forum, either via Zoom or in-person (in which case please ensure you arrive at the meeting prior to 5pm); and/or
- Provide written comments on the business paper, which will be passed on to Councillors.

Watching the Extraordinary Council Meeting
Community members are invited to watch the Council meeting, which will commence at 7pm on Monday 31 March.
Community members can do this by either:
- Attending the meeting in-person at the Council Chambers at 818 Pacific Highway Gordon; or
- Watching the live webcast online
Please note that public gallery seating space at the Public Forum and Extraordinary Council Meeting will be limited to 140 people. The doors will be closed once the limit is reached.
