Customer service survey
During May an email and phone survey will be conducted with customers who have recently interacted with the Council.
The survey is being conducted by independent consultants CSBA and is part of the Council’s ongoing commitment of continuous improvement to our services.
If you have had contact with Council in the last three months, you may receive a call or email regarding your experience.
