Christmas and New Year opening hours

Customer service centre

818 Pacific Highway, Gordon

Council's customer service centre will be closed for person-to-person transactions from 24 December from 12.30pm to 1 January 2025.

Customer service will reopen 2 January.

The Call centre will close 12.30pm 24 December. 

It will reopen 27 to 31 December, 8.30am-5pm for phone calls, emails and and live chat.

• 2 January: Customer service and call centre resume normal hours Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5pm.

Waste collections unchanged

There will be no changes to the waste collection schedule over the festive season. Please place bins out on your regular collection day including Christmas Day and New Years Day.
