Background

On 14 August 2020 an amendment prepared by the Office of Local Government was prescribed under the Local Government (General) Regulation 2005 that requires all Councils to retain recordings of meetings on their website.

Council, at its OMC held on 22 September 2020, resolved to retain recordings of meetings on its website for a minimum of 4 years.
