Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Community Transport (HKCT)

Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Community Transport is a not-for-profit organisation, providing a door-to-door transport service to appointments, shopping, social outings and events.

Australian Nursing Home Foundation (ANHF)

The Australian Nursing Home Foundation provides culturally appropriate residential and community aged care in Australia. It runs wellness centres, a nursing home and aged care programs in the Hornsby and Ku-ring-gai area.

The Trust maintains the Eryldene house and garden in Gordon through volunteers and members of the local community.

Ku-ring-gai Historical Society

The Ku-ring-gai Historical Society collects, preserves and shares information about the history of Ku-ring-gai. Volunteers support research into local, family and property history.

Primary Ethics

A not-for-profit organisation provides Department of Education approved ethics education to all NSW public school students. The trained volunteers assist students in developing skills in critical thinking, ethical reasoning and respectful discussion.

St Lucy’s is a special primary school and high school for children with disability located in Wahroonga. The school specialises in a range of disabilities including intellectual disability, autism and sensory impairments.

Girl Guides NSW, NT & ACT

The Girl Guides offers girls aged 5-17 years a weekly program that combines learning with friendship and fun. They have branches in Gordon, Turramurra and Lindfield. Their volunteer roles are  District Manager, Unit Leader, Unit Helper, Non Member Volunteer and Support Group Volunteer.
