The Australian Nursing Home Foundation provides culturally appropriate residential and community aged care in Australia. It runs wellness centres, a nursing home and aged care programs in the Hornsby and Ku-ring-gai area.

St Lucy’s is a special primary school and high school for children with disability located in Wahroonga. The school specialises in a range of disabilities including intellectual disability, autism and sensory impairments.
