There are several chargers managed by Council available to power your EV. Listed below:

Lindfield Village Green

Lindfield Village Green (parking level B1), 5 charger points, 7kW capacity.

 

Ku-ring-gai Fitness and Aquatic Centre

Ku-ring-gai Fitness and Aquatic Centre, 2 charger points, 60kW capacity shared between the two.

 

Turramurra Library

Turramurra Library, 2 charger points, 40kW capacity shared between the two.

 

North Turramurra Recreation Area

North Turramurra Recreation Area, 2 charger points, 22kW capacity.

What are the fees?

Please visit your charging network app for relevant location fees. Please refer to the Council'sFees and Chargesfor more information.

How are they funded?

Council-owned and operated chargers are funded by our Environmental Levy.

Do I need to bring my own cable?

AC chargers (at Lindfield Village Green and North Turramurra Recreation Area) require you to bring your own cable. All DC chargers have cables provided.

Are they powered by renewable electricity?

All our chargers are powered by 100% renewable electricity.

How fast are they?

Our chargers range from 7 kW AC to 60 kW DC. Refer to the map and table above for specific information.

I own an EV – can I park in an EV spot even if I’m not charging?

No, you must be charging an EV when parked in a dedicated parking bay.

I don’t own an EV – can I park in an EV charging spot?

No, you may only park in a dedicated EV charging spot while charging an EV.

How do I report a fault?

Please refer to the information on individual chargers and contact the recommended contact number in the first instance.

How do I pay?

Please refer to the information on individual chargers andfollow the instructions in the app to pay.

Who owns the charging infrastructure?

Council’s public charging program has so far delivered Council owned/operated EV chargers. We are also undertaking work to develop third party chargers.
