Connecting to Aged Care Services

We know it is hard to understand the aged care system. If you are new to the aged care system and need some help in navigating aged care services and the system, you could do one of the following:

  1. Call My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 for guidance.

  2. Call an Aged Care Specialist on 1800 227 475 to make an appointment in their Hornsby office to talk about your care needs, financial situation and care choices for you.

  3. Contact our Council worker Lily Li at lli@krg.nsw.gov.au or 9424 0970 to make a face-to-face appointment in Council Chambers. Lily will give you an overview of government subsidised aged care services and help you to register with My Aged Care.
