Storytime
Storytime programs are held during NSW school terms across all our library locations.
The programs are free and unless indicated, no bookings are required.
Baby storytime – Birth to 12 months
Learn songs and rhymes in a group setting that you can use at home with bub to help develop early literacy skills.
Lindfield Library - 11am on Tuesdays.
Gordon Library - 11am on Wednesdays.
St Ives Library - 11am on Fridays.
Turramurra Library - 11am on Thursdays.
Toddler storytime – 12 months to 3 years
Support your child to develop listening and language skills with our Toddler storytime sessions.
Lindfield Library - 10am on Tuesdays
Gordon Library - 10am on Wednesdays
St Ives Library - 10am on Fridays
Turramurra Library - 10am on Thursdays.
Preschool storytime – 3 to 5 years
Enjoy stories, songs and rhymes to help develop early literacy skills.
Some sessions will be Science-based, some sessions will be Sensory-friendly.

St Ives Library - 10am on Wednesdays.
Turramurra Library - 10am on Tuesdays.

Weekend storytime
Starting Sunday 9 February, a storytime for families will be presented, with stories, songs, activities and/or craft.
Recommended for 4 to 8 year olds, all ages welcome.
Program time 2-3pm at Gordon Library.
Story Box Library
Story Box Library is an online library for younger pre-school aged children. It is full of videos of Australian authors, actors, comedians and musicians reading Australian stories aloud.
