Defibrillators locations (AEDs)
A defibrillator - or AED as they are often called - is a life-saving device used to treat sudden cardiac arrest. You don't need training to use an AED as the device will tell you what to do through a series of voice prompts.
Council has installed defibrillators in 22 public facilities to assist the public in dealing with any sudden cardiac emergencies. An AED should always be used in conjunction with CPR. Please always call Triple 0 in the first instance.
