Vacation Care
Our three venues tailor programs to the 4-12 year age group.
Vacation Care offers children a variety of arts, crafts, games, sports, excursions and educational experiences during school holidays. We offer age-appropriate programs and activities in a safe, secure and caring environment with staff supervision at all times.
We also provide healthy fruit for an afternoon snack around 3.30pm.
Winter school holiday program
Winter school holiday program will be released on Monday 2 June. Bookings will open on the same day.
How to book
Families who have used our Vacation Care before
Do not click on the register button. If you used the Fully Booked platform, please contact us as your account has been transferred.
If you used My Family Lounge, use the log in button or contact us if you have forgotten your username.
Please note: Duplicate accounts created through registering multiple times will not be linked to Child Care Subsidy history and may result in errors processing Child Care Subsidy claims.
Families who have not used our Vacation Care before and have a My Family Lounge account
Use your existing credentials to sign in through the widget on our website. Using this widget will link your account to our service.
Families who have not used our Vacation Care before and do not have a My Family Lounge account
Use the widget on our website to register a new account.
All families using our Vacation Care
Please ensure that enrolment forms are completed on the desktop version of My Family Lounge.
All mandatory fields must be completed and the enrolment form “submitted” in order to access bookings. We recommend downloading the My Family Lounge app in order to make your bookings.
Kids club service
Children participate in a variety of fun, science, coding, craft, sport and music incursions, supervised by experienced staff in a safe and caring environment.
Recommended age: 4 to 12 years.
Hours: 7.30am to 6pm.
Daily fee: $70 + excursion and workshop costs (compulsory on workshop and excursion days).
Address: West Pymble Community Hall, Lofberg Road, West Pymble.

Facilities: Located next to West Pymble KU Community Pre-School, it has a large hall with a kitchen, close to netball courts, Bicentennial Park, play equipment and access to West Pymble pool in summer.
Getaway services
Getaway activities provide excursions to locations in Sydney and its surrounds, supervised by experienced staff. We also provide centre-based activities and workshops including arts and crafts, sport, creative arts, coding and cooking.
Recommended age: 4 to 12 years.
Hours: 7.30am to 6pm.
Daily fee: $70+ excursion and workshop costs (compulsory on workshop and excursion days).

Facilities: Large hall, close to sports facilities including oval and local shopping village. Indoor facilities include a kitchen, Wii, television and table tennis.
Council reserves the right to cancel care services if the number of enrolments falls below 15 per day. In such cases, Council will make every effort to provide families with at least 10 business days' notice. Additionally, Council will strive to offer alternative vacation care options whenever possible.
